2025 Descendants of Barnard McQuade & Rachel Brooke Family Reunion

Our reunion is set for Saturday, July 26th, 2025 at RiverWinds in West Deptford, NJ.
If you have a family artifact or heirloom you would like to display, please notify me as soon as possible.
As we go through our planning stages, more will be available. Please see below for volunteer opportunities as we are looking for help in a few areas. Consider asking family members who are not descendants if they'd like to help so that as many of us as possible can enjoy the event. If you feel inclined to donate, you may do that here.
Volunteer help for the 2025 reunion
Videographers (seeking ideally 2)
We're seeking someone who has experience with video recording and live streaming. If you or someone in the family you know has experience with this and may be interested in helping, please let us know in whichever way is most convenient. Ideally, we'd like two individuals, we do not want someone stuck behind the camera all day long and not have a chance to enjoy the reunion themselves. If you don't feel you have the skills to do this, but feel you could help with this, let us know, as you may be the 2nd person to give our Videographer a break and/or a chance to enjoy the event.
Correspondence/Welcome Team
We're seeking an unspecified number of volunteers to help welcome family members to the event on the day of the reunion and hand out name tags and a copy of the days events. This team will also be responsible for sending any mailings by postal service, if needed, prior to the reunion.
